How to buy?
Begin by creating an account here and then we will verify your account within 24 hours. Once verified, you can view and purchase all of our products by simply logging into your account!
What is the minimum order quantity?
We want to make sure our candles are accessible to small business so our minimum order spend is £86 (which is equivalent to 6 glass candles). This means you can buy a mixture of different scents at any quantity as long the minimum spend is £86. The same rule applies to reorders.
What is the lead processing times?
Our turnaround is usually between 2-3 weeks but we can process it sooner. Just drop us a message at hello@wickguru.com and we can help you. 
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is £4.99 but you can qualify for free shipping if you spend at least £200.
Can I try the scents before my first order?
Of course! We can send you a free sample kit which contains samples of all of our fragrances so you can sniff before you buy! If you'd like this free sample kit, just message us at hello@wickguru.com with your company name and your preferred shipping address. 
Do you offer special requests (e.g. smaller orders, custom fragrances) and provide marketing content/resources related to Wick Guru?

How much time to cancel orders?
Orders can be cancelled 72 hours after purchase with no fee. 
What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to hello@wickguru.com within 1 week of arrival.
