  1. Courier Service: We use Royal Mail for both domestic UK and international orders.

  2. Worldwide Shipping: Wick Guru offers worldwide shipping from the United Kingdom.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • UK 2nd Class Delivery: £3.99 (Free for orders £50+)

    • UK Tracked Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri only, order by 12 PM): £9.50

    • Europe International Tracked: £10.99 (Free for orders £100+)

    • Australia International Tracked: £15.99 (Free for orders £100+)

    • Rest of the World International Tracked: £15.99 (Free for orders £100+)

  4. Estimated Delivery Times: 

    • UK Orders: 2-3 business days

    • Europe: 3-5 business days

    • Rest of the World Orders: 6-7 business days

    • Wick Guru Business Days: Monday - Friday (No dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank/Public holidays)

      Note: Customs processing times may vary depending on your country's import regulations. This may occasionally result in delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.

  1. Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping when you meet the following order totals:

    • UK Orders: £50+

    • Europe Orders: £100+

    • Rest of the World Orders: £100+

    • Shipping costs remain the same for multiple items.

  2. Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties. Note that EU customers are exempt from customs fees for orders under £120 or €120 euros in the following EU countries:

    • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. (Updated: 07.01.2023)

Returns:

  • UK and International Orders: Wick Guru accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please send us a message here within 14 days of purchase.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for both UK and international orders.

  • Address Issues: If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if a parcel goes unclaimed, the customer will need to cover postage charges for the package to be resent once it is returned to us.

Cancellations:

  • To cancel your order, please message us here with your order number.
    (Please note that we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped out.)

Refunds:

  • If a refund is issued, please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in the refunded amount.
