International Orders: Wick Guru has a strict no returns and no exchanges policy. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email hello@wickguru.com within 14 days of purchase.

Address Issues: If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if a parcel goes unclaimed, the customer will need to cover postage charges for the package to be resent once it is returned to us.
