    • UK 2nd Class Delivery: £3.25 (Free for orders £50+)

    • UK Tracked Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri only, order by 12 PM): £8.50

    • Europe International Tracked: £10.00 (Free for orders £100+)

    • Australia International Tracked: £18.50 (Free for orders £120+)

    • Rest of the World International Tracked: £15.00 (Free for orders £120+)

  4. Estimated Delivery Times:

    • UK Orders: 2-3 business days

    • Europe, US, and Canada Orders: 14-18 business days

    • Rest of the World Orders: 21-25 business days

    • Wick Guru Business Days: Monday - Friday (No dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank/Public holidays)

  • International Orders: Wick Guru has a strict no returns and no exchanges policy. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email within 14 days of purchase.

  • Address Issues: If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if a parcel goes unclaimed, the customer will need to cover postage charges for the package to be resent once it is returned to us.


  • To cancel your order, please email with your order number. Please note that we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped out.
