Shipping Costs

  • UK 2nd Class Delivery: £3.99 (Free for orders £50+)
  • UK Tracked Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri, order by 12 PM): £9.50
  • Europe International Tracked: £10.99 (Free for orders £100+)

  • Rest of the World International Tracked: £15.99 (Free for orders £100+)

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • UK Orders: 2-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the World Orders: 6-7 business days

Wick Guru Business Days: Monday - Friday (No dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank/Public holidays)

International Shipping Details

All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which vary by country and must be paid directly to your local customs authority or courier.

EU countries (EU member states):

  • VAT is collected at checkout for orders ≤ €150 via IOSS.
  • Orders over €150 cannot use IOSS; VAT will be collected by the courier on delivery.
  • Certain EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden) are exempt from customs processing fees for orders ≤ €120. This exemption applies only to customs fees, not VAT.

Non-EU European countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway):

  • VAT or local taxes may be collected by the courier on delivery.

Customs duty for candles (HS Code 34060000):

  • Generally 0% worldwide, so customers usually only pay VAT or local taxes, not customs duty.

We recommend checking estimated fees in advance using Simply Duty’s Import Calculator. To avoid delays, ensure all import payments are made promptly once your parcel arrives at customs.

Refund Policy for Unpaid Import Fees

  • If import duties or taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned, shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping or customs charges will also be deducted from your refund.

  • If goods are destroyed, compounded, or not returned due to unpaid fees, no refund will be available.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these international shipping terms.

Returns:

  • UK and International Orders: Wick Guru accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please send us a message here within 14 days of purchase.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for both UK and international orders.

  • Address Issues: If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if a parcel goes unclaimed, the customer will need to cover postage charges for the package to be resent once it is returned to us.

Cancellations:

  • To cancel your order, please message us here with your order number.
    (Please note that we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped out.)

Refunds:

  • If a refund is issued, please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in the refunded amount.
